Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Leading design initiatives for Docrio and Matters & Intakes, the full-time Senior UX Designer will manage the end-to-end design process, conduct customer research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design for features and workflows from initial problem framing through high-fidelity design and release QA
• Conduct customer research with legal professionals to gather insights and refine design requirements
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with user needs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design or UX design experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy software
• A portfolio showcasing strong interaction design and information architecture for data-dense, multi-step workflows
• Experience in legal tech, document management, or other regulated industries is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Figma and a working understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility
• Ability to manage multiple products and workstreams effectively within an Agile process
