Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior UX Designer will lead the design process from discovery to execution across various product lines, focusing on user-centered design, accessibility, and creating a coherent design system.

Key responsibilities

• Drive discovery and develop insights through UX research and analytics in partnership with Engineering and Product
• Translate user needs into shippable designs, ensuring quality and adherence to interaction and learning experience standards
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles, applying WCAG standards across all work

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of UX or product design experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years with a Master's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated experience across multiple product types and user segments, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work
• Proficiency in Figma and user research/testing tools, with knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and frame problems in early-stage or undefined contexts
• Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS) environments and the technical constraints of edtech platforms is a plus
