Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Leading design discovery and end-to-end product design for emergency response solutions, the full-time Senior UX Designer will work remotely to create intuitive and accessible user experiences while collaborating closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end discovery and design for emergency response and incident management solutions
• Lead design discovery with stakeholders, synthesizing feedback and usability findings to identify high-impact opportunities
• Translate user needs and business goals into user flows, prototypes, and design specifications

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of UX Design or Product Design experience, independently leading complex software design initiatives
• Experience designing complex workflows and high-consequence user experiences
• Strong proficiency with modern design, prototyping, and collaboration tools
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design rationale clearly
• Comfort operating in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities
