Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

To shape polished and scalable user experiences for an enterprise SaaS platform, the remote Senior Product UX Designer will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to create elegant solutions, contribute to product discovery, and evolve the design system while leveraging AI-assisted design workflows.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform complex problems into user-friendly solutions
• Contribute to user flows, interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI, ensuring consistency with the brand and design system
• Strengthen and evolve the design system, including tokens, components, and scalable patterns, while collaborating with engineers on implementation details

Required qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience designing interfaces for B2B SaaS or technical products
• Strong visual design skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly
• Experience working with design tokens, reusable components, and product patterns at scale
• Fluency in AI-assisted design workflows and familiarity with tools like Figma AI/MCP or similar
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
