Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior UX Designer to join the EZLynx Product Team in a remote or hybrid capacity, who will develop user experiences, collaborate with stakeholders on information architecture, and create wireframes and prototypes to enhance product offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of user experiences and motivations for product improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to construct and test information architecture
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
• Proficiency in experimental design, research methodology, and statistical analysis
• Experience with user observation, usability testing, and persona development
• Ability to interpret research data and translate it into actionable insights
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Balsamiq
