Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior UX Designer to join the EZLynx Product Team in a remote or hybrid capacity, who will develop user experience insights, collaborate with stakeholders on information architecture, and create wireframes and prototypes to enhance product design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of user experiences and motivations across product offerings
• Partner with stakeholders to construct and test information architecture
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
• Proficiency in research methodologies such as usability testing, user interviews, and persona development
• Ability to interpret research data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent collaboration skills for effective idea-sharing and knowledge transfer
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro
