Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior UX Designer to join the EZLynx Product Team, who will develop user experiences, collaborate with stakeholders on information architecture, and create wireframes and prototypes while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of user experiences and explore the needs of target users
• Partner with stakeholders to construct and test information architecture
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX, preferably in B2B enterprise software or SaaS products
• Proficient in experimental design, research methodology, and statistical analysis
• Experience with user observation, interviews, usability testing, and surveys
• Ability to interpret research data and provide actionable insights
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Balsamiq
