Job Summary

Seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer with 8-10 years of experience, the full-time remote position will focus on designing intuitive and customer-centric portal interfaces while collaborating with stakeholders and conducting usability testing.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for the portal
• Develop a responsive and visually appealing interface tailored to B2B/B2C customer portal requirements
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user research insights to refine designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8-10 years of experience in UX design for customer-facing portals
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent tools
• Strong expertise in user research, interaction design, and information architecture
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative design approaches
