Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing product design team, the full-time Senior UX Designer will lead the design of complex features and intuitive interfaces for automation and orchestration tools, working remotely and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Leading design end-to-end for complex features, from problem framing to post-launch iteration
• Partnering with product and engineering teams to identify opportunities and shape design solutions
• Designing intuitive interfaces for technically complex workflows, ensuring ease of use for both technical and non-technical users

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, particularly in enterprise SaaS or developer tools
• A portfolio showcasing ownership of complex problems and design processes
• Deep technical fluency with concepts like data transformations and API configurations
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems
• Exceptional interaction design instincts and strong communication skills
