Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Autonomous and outcome-driven, the full-time Senior UX Designer will own user problems end-to-end for the 10-4 mobile app, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to deliver AI-driven mobile experiences in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with PM and Tech Lead to discover and execute high-impact mobile UI/UX solutions
• Utilize AI-assisted design workflows to accelerate discovery and create optimized user patterns
• Own the mobile user journey from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity components and developer handoff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Senior experience in marketing automation and personalization development
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
• Proven mobile end-to-end experience with a portfolio of native mobile app designs
• Experience with AI tools in design and prototyping workflows
