Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior UX Designer will design intuitive user experiences for web and mobile applications while leveraging data-driven insights to inform design decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user experiences
• Maintain and contribute to a consistent design system that aligns with brand standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• 5-7 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, particularly in enterprise software or digital products
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Experience in conversational design, including chatbots and voice interactions
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across web, mobile, and conversational platforms
