Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

To drive user experience strategy for ComplianceQuest products, the full-time Senior UX Designer will conduct user research, create intuitive designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while residing in the Tampa Bay or Orlando, FL area.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead user experience strategy aligned with business goals and user needs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions for complex user flows
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, ensuring alignment with the Salesforce Lightning Design System

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, particularly in a lead role with enterprise-scale Salesforce applications
• Proficiency in design and prototyping using Figma
• Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform and the Salesforce Lightning Design System
• Understanding of how design translates into functional components and familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML/CSS)
