Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior UX Designer to work full-time in a hybrid capacity, primarily remotely, who will partner with Product Management and Engineering to define and deliver exceptional user experiences for complex enterprise software products.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to discover, define, and deliver valuable customer solutions
• Translate complex workflows and systems into intuitive user experiences through design artifacts and prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and drive UX initiatives

Required qualifications

• Experience designing complex enterprise software products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and workflow design
• Expertise with Figma and modern UX design and prototyping tools
• Experience conducting user research and validating design decisions
• Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints
