Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior UX Designer will independently lead design initiatives for scalable online learning experiences, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design collaborative online learning experiences for Fortune 500 companies and educational institutions
• Own major design projects from initial exploration to final implementation, shaping solutions and aligning with stakeholders
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and inform product strategy

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing user-centered products at scale
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and a strong foundation in visual design
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and maintaining design systems
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
• Ability to manage projects independently and navigate ambiguity effectively
