Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior UX Designer for a full-time position, this role will lead complex design challenges across K-12 educational technology platforms, focusing on user-centered methodologies, advanced visual design, and design system governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and define the UX strategy and execution for foundational product initiatives across a multi-product ecosystem
• Champion a human-centric approach and mentor team members in user advocacy and usability principles
• Architect intuitive experiences for AI-driven features, ensuring transparency and integration into user workflows

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end UX/Product Design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing scalable design solutions
• Deep practical experience designing features that leverage advanced machine learning or AI capabilities
• Expert proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma, for building and maintaining design systems
• Authoritative understanding of global accessibility standards and interaction design theory
• Prior experience in EdTech, enterprise SaaS, or data-rich platforms serving institutional users
