Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior UX Designer will create user-centered digital experiences by leading research efforts, designing intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead user-centered design efforts through research activities such as user interviews and usability testing
• Create digital experiences using user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes that meet user and business objectives
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver effective design solutions across various digital platforms

Required qualifications

• Portfolio showcasing UX work and case studies demonstrating design process and impact
• Experience in UX design, UX research, or interaction design with a focus on user-centered principles
• Proven ability to create UX deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and prototypes
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including wireframing and interactive prototyping
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence stakeholders and work across teams
