Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design for a digital program, the remote Senior UX Designer will create innovative and user-centric designs for websites and mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement engaging user experiences that enhance customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with teams to develop visual and interaction design concepts
• Conduct research and testing to understand user needs and ensure adherence to design systems

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in user experience design
• Deep expertise in Figma, with a portfolio showcasing recent design work for mobile and web interfaces
• Strong understanding of design systems and experience incorporating AI in design workflows
• Proven ability to develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
• Experience presenting and advocating for design decisions and user needs
