Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

To support a mission-driven organization, the full-time Senior UX Designer will design intuitive user experiences for DonorPerfect's fundraising and nonprofit CRM platform, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to enhance usability and customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user experiences across core product workflows for efficient management of fundraising and donor relationships
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and synthesize insights into actionable improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore design concepts and contribute to product strategy discussions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design for SaaS or B2B products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design work, including research and prototyping
• Proficiency in modern UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch, with experience in AI-assisted design capabilities
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, translating findings into design improvements
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience working with design systems
