Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

To create modern and consistent user experiences, the full-time remote Senior UX Designer will define, evolve, and govern DonorPerfect's design system while collaborating with cross-functional teams to modernize product interfaces and improve accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and alignment with user needs
• Design intuitive user experiences for complex fundraising and CRM solutions, translating business requirements into user flows and prototypes
• Define visual design standards and ensure products meet accessibility guidelines while promoting best practices across product teams

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Visual Product Design supporting SaaS or digital products
• Proven experience in designing and evolving design systems and scalable UI frameworks
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design excellence and product modernization
• Proficiency with Figma, FigJam, and design system workflows
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing inclusive digital experiences
