Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-enabled product organization, the fully remote Senior UX Designer will uncover customer needs, drive product outcomes through collaboration with teams, and leverage AI to enhance design processes and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer problems and opportunities through research and feedback
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence product direction and enhance user experiences
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and validation while improving design quality and processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing complex software products, particularly in enterprise or B2B SaaS environments
• Strong skills in discovery, research, and problem framing
• Proven ability to influence product direction beyond just design execution
• Experience utilizing AI to enhance design and decision-making processes
• Passion for understanding customers and solving meaningful problems, with a preference for experience in athletics-related domains
