Key responsibilities
- Design user flows and high-fidelity screens for core investment banking workflows
- Translate design strategy into polished screens and prototype-ready assets
- Ensure multi-device coherence across mobile, desktop, and offline states
Required qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in UX/UI design for complex enterprise applications
- Experience designing data-heavy and AI-assisted interfaces
- Strong skills in Figma (or equivalent) with a portfolio showcasing workflow design
- Understanding of WCAG, accessibility, and enterprise design systems
- Ability to lead projects independently without needing a project manager
