Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
Challenging existing designs and pushing innovation, the full-time Senior UX Designer will work remotely to own end-to-end workflows, conduct user research in warehouses, and design context-aware interfaces across various platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Own workflows from conception to measurement in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
- Conduct on-site observations in warehouses to inform design decisions and improve user experience
- Design and enhance dynamic, context-aware flows for multiple devices while advancing the design system
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing digital products
- Proficiency in Figma with a portfolio showcasing simplified workflows and data-heavy interfaces
- Experience integrating AI-driven features into design solutions
- Ability to make evidence-based decisions using data analytics and success metrics
- Valid visa or ESTA for entering the US for customer visits
