Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end experience strategy for a product area, the full-time Senior UX Designer will lead user research, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance design quality, working in a hybrid environment based in Lehi, UT or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define experience strategy and design end-to-end flows across a product area
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into strategic design iterations
- Mentor designers and contribute to design standards and team rituals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in user experience design or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design, including mentoring other designers
- A portfolio demonstrating strong UX skills and end-to-end ownership of complex problems
- Proficient with UX design and research tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC
- Deep proficiency in UX processes including prototypes, wireframes, and user flows
