Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
To evolve the Design System and enhance visual quality across products, the full-time Senior UX Designer II will work remotely, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create scalable design standards and AI-ready workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Evolve and maintain the Design System, promoting reusable solutions and scalable design standards
- Design high-quality, accessible user experiences while partnering with Product Designers to elevate visual quality
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design Technologists to improve design-to-code workflows and establish AI-ready design assets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of progressive experience in UX, product design, or a related discipline
- Experience building and maintaining Design Systems, component libraries, and UX documentation at scale
- Visual and interaction design expertise demonstrated through a strong portfolio of accessible digital products
- Advanced proficiency in design tools and the ability to create scalable patterns and reusable UX assets
