Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
To enhance user experiences for digital products, the remote Senior UX Designer will lead UX research, design, and testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform insights into product features while mentoring junior designers.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates the innovation design process from concept to proof of concept for user testing
- Leads UX research and design for new and existing digital experiences
- Communicates user experience through various design artifacts, including wireframes and prototypes
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in UI/UX design and product development
- Proficiency in building and maintaining design systems
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research methods
- Bachelor's degree in design, psychology, or a related field is preferred
- High School Diploma/GED required
