Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
To enhance user experiences for digital products, the remote Senior UX Designer will lead UX research, design, and testing efforts while collaborating with Product Managers and other Designers to translate insights into actionable product features.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitates the innovation design process from concept to proof of concept for user testing
- Leads UX research, design, and testing for new experiences and improvements of existing ones
- Communicates user experiences through various design artifacts such as wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Required qualifications
- Three or more years of proven experience in UI/UX design, concept development, and product shipping
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems within an innovation agency, startup, tech company, or large organization
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in design, psychology, or a related field preferred
