Senior UX Designer
Job Summary
To enhance user experiences for digital products, the remote Senior UX Designer will lead UX research, design, and testing processes while collaborating with Product Managers and other Designers to translate user insights into product features.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitates the innovation design process, evolving products from concept to proof of concept for user testing
- Leads UX research and testing for new and existing user experiences, advocating for strategic design solutions
- Mentors junior designers and communicates design concepts effectively to stakeholders through various visual tools
Required qualifications:
- Three or more years of proven experience in UI/UX design and product development
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems in various environments such as innovation agencies or tech companies
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in design, psychology, or a related field preferred
