Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and collaborative Senior UX Designer for a full-time position, this role will lead the resolution of complex design challenges across K-12 educational technology platforms, focusing on user-centered methodologies, design systems, and mentoring team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and define UX strategy and execution for foundational product initiatives across a multi-product ecosystem
• Champion a human-centric approach, mentoring others in user advocacy and ensuring product decisions are based on user needs
• Architect intuitive experiences for AI-driven features, ensuring transparency and integration into user workflows

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end UX/Product Design experience across the full product development lifecycle
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing scalable solutions for complex enterprise problems
• Practical experience designing features that leverage advanced machine learning or AI capabilities
• Expert proficiency with modern design tools, particularly Figma, for building and maintaining design systems
• Authoritative understanding of global accessibility standards and complex interaction design theory
