Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee UX project work for a major vertical, including research and design
Manage and mentor UX designers and researchers to ensure high-quality deliverables
Translate client requirements into actionable product/experience requirements, user stories, and wireframes

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in UX research, strategy, and design, including mentoring other UX designers and researchers
Proven experience leading the UX process from research to technical documentation
Strong understanding of design principles and ability to execute clean and elegant designs
Specialized knowledge of UX/design software, specifically Figma
Master's Degree or equivalent work experience
