Senior UX Designer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer II to lead innovation projects focused on AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery projects to identify innovation opportunities by exploring user needs and market conditions
• Define and apply Innovation Design methodologies, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Create and implement tailored testing plans in collaboration with researchers to ground design decisions in evidence

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or Innovation Designer, leading cross-functional projects
• Exposure to Generative AI applications in design or research workflows
• Business literacy and understanding of large-scale organizational operations
• Familiarity with Agile and user-centered design processes
• Experience with design software such as Figma or Sketch is preferred
