Senior UX Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Engineer, Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade components and patterns with accessibility and interaction fidelity
• Own a single documentation source of truth for Design and Engineering, providing clear APIs and working examples
• Champion design systems adoption and partner with engineering to deliver implementation-ready patterns

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end engineering or UX engineering, preferably with React and TypeScript
• Working knowledge of AI development tools for code-ready output generation
• Solid understanding of accessibility best practices and state modeling
• Experience shipping design systems work at another organization
• Fluency with design tokens, layout systems, and interaction states
