Job Summary

To transform financial experiences for property owners, the full-time remote Senior UX Engineer will architect intuitive interfaces and dashboards, leveraging AI-native prototyping and modern front-end frameworks to enhance user trust and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end financial experience for various service tiers, ensuring clarity and confidence in high-stakes distributions
• Collaborate across teams to drive product design strategies that enhance conversion, feature adoption, and retention
• Implement production-level UX/UI solutions using React and TypeScript, focusing on fluid interactions and elegant data visualizations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B/Fintech or high-growth tech-enabled services
• Proficiency in modern front-end engineering frameworks (React, TypeScript, CSS-in-JS) with a strong design sensibility
• Experience in leveraging AI development tools for building interactive prototypes
• Understanding of financial data interactions and back-end implications for cleaner front-end design
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver multi-platform solutions that prioritize aesthetics and conversion
