Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX/product design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience mentoring UX managers and supporting senior team members
• Demonstrated ability to drive user-centered design strategy across complex product ecosystems
• Expertise in establishing and scaling design processes and quality standards
• Hands-on experience implementing comprehensive design systems
