Senior UX Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of designers in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior UX Manager will manage team health, oversee Agile design processes, and maintain hands-on design excellence while fostering a culture of empathy and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of designers, conducting meaningful performance reviews and fostering a culture of transparency and career development
• Run and continuously improve Agile ceremonies for the design team, ensuring seamless integration of design into product development cycles
• Serve as the primary design liaison to cross-functional teams, translating design intent into business priorities and building trust with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, including 3+ years of direct team management
• Hands-on experience running Agile scrum ceremonies and integrating design into agile product development
• Deep proficiency in Figma and experience building and governing Design Systems
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and experience embedding inclusive design practices
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
