Senior UX Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of designers, the full-time Senior UX Manager will manage team health, drive Agile design processes, and ensure hands-on design excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage a team of designers, conducting 1:1s, performance reviews, and fostering a culture of transparency and accountability
• Run and improve Agile ceremonies, ensuring design work is integrated into product development cycles and delivered on schedule
• Actively participate in hands-on design work, providing feedback and elevating the team's output while serving as the primary design liaison to cross-functional partners

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, including 3+ years in a management role with a strong portfolio demonstrating design and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, including running scrum ceremonies and integrating design into agile processes
• Proficiency in Figma and experience building and governing Design Systems to enhance design and engineering efficiency
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and experience applying inclusive design practices
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
