Senior UX Producer

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior UX Producer for a remote contract position, who will manage complex UX programs across design, research, human factors, content strategy, and instructional design, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of UX programs across multiple disciplines
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment among product, engineering, and UX teams
• Champion a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement while mentoring junior team members

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX program or project management
• Expertise in tools such as JIRA, JPD, Smartsheet, and Confluence
• Deep understanding of UX disciplines including design, research, and content strategy
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities
• Experience with agile methodologies and UX tooling like Figma and Miro
