Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer to take charge of the design cycle for projects, from discovery to handoff, in a collaborative environment aimed at enhancing user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to align product experience with business goals, growth strategies, and brand
- Create user flows, site maps, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes for product changes and new functionality
- Conduct and prioritize A/B tests to measure the impact of design changes and optimize performance
Required Qualifications and Education
- Experience creating and working with an evolving design system
- At least 5+ years of experience designing digital products
- Masters degree in Human Computer-Interaction, Product Design, or equivalent in-field experience
- Proficient with design tools, specifically Figma
- Ability to work with a low-ego, highly collaborative, cross-functional team
