Senior UX Product Designer

Job Summary

Pioneering the integration of Generative AI into enterprise-level workflows, the full-time Senior UX Product Designer will design end-to-end user flows and prototypes for contact center workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes to enhance operational efficiency and user engagement
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate Generative AI capabilities into internal CRM and communication systems
• Develop data-driven design proposals based on user feedback and analytics to iterate on service design solutions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UX/product design experience, focusing on internal tools or enterprise platforms
• Proficiency in designing for complex enterprise ecosystems, particularly with CRM platforms and contact center technologies
• Proven experience in optimizing user workflows and incorporating AI-enabled features for operational efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong consultative skills and fluency in modern collaboration and design tools
