Senior UX Product Designer

Job Summary

To support the integration of Generative AI into enterprise workflows, the full-time contract Senior UX Product Designer will design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for contact center solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user flows and prototypes for contact center workflows to improve efficiency and engagement
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate Generative AI capabilities into internal systems
• Develop data-driven design proposals based on user feedback and analytics for continuous service design improvements

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of professional UX/product design experience, focusing on internal tools or enterprise platforms
• Proficiency in designing for complex enterprise ecosystems, particularly with CRM platforms and contact center technologies
• Demonstrated success in optimizing user workflows and implementing AI-enabled features
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong consultative skills and fluency in modern collaboration and design tools
