Senior UX Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior PM/UX Designer to create intuitive and accessible healthcare experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UX process, including design documentation, design systems, user flows, and interaction patterns
• Lead the end-to-end UX process from discovery to delivery, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, propose solutions, and ensure high-quality implementation of designs

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of combined UX and Product Management experience in fast-paced, agile environments
• Experience working independently and owning projects or collaborating with another Product Manager
• Proven skills in balancing design and product thinking with a focus on iterative delivery
• Strong instincts for using data to guide decisions and comfort with limited or ambiguous datasets
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and testing tools
