Senior UX Research Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, UX Research to lead its research function and integrate user insights into product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the UX research strategy throughout the product lifecycle
• Build and lead a scalable UX research team while partnering with Product and Design leadership
• Create systems for conducting research efficiently and centralizing insights

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in UX research, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Experience influencing product strategy in complex B2B or platform products
• Strong understanding of multi-persona workflows and high configuration environments
• Proven ability to translate research into clear decisions and measurable outcomes
• Experience building or rapidly scaling a research function is a plus
