Senior UX Research Project Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Senior UX Research Operations Project Manager for a full-time remote position, responsible for managing participant engagement operations, supporting program management activities, and coordinating across teams to enhance research effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Manage participant recruitment operations and support multiple programs with operational and administrative activities
- Oversee change management processes, including training scheduling and documentation updates
- Maintain relationships with external vendors and manage participant compensation logistics and reporting
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management and UX/Design operations
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
- Experience with research management tools; familiarity with RALLY PLATFORM is a plus
- Background in user experience (UX) research or human-centered design is preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
