Senior UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead UX research projects from start to finish, including developing research strategy, conducting mixed method research, analyzing and synthesizing findings, and presenting actionable recommendations
• Identify research opportunities and recommend appropriate research methods based on experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development process and ensure user experience aligns with expectations

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a UX researcher role
• Experience leading UX research projects and working on cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of UX and user-centered design principles, qualitative and quantitative methods, and UX/UI design and product development
• Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Nice to have: experience in financial/legal institutions industry, degree or certification in human-centered research or related field, experience as sole UX Researcher, and experience in Agile development environment
