Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Researcher.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and execute research for digital products
Guide UX and Visual Designers, Copywriters, and Digital Product Managers on user experience strategy
Identify knowledge gaps, develop research roadmap, and support research team operations

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of qualitative user research in a digital product/UX environment
Strong knowledge and application of user-research techniques
Experience with unmoderated UX research and survey tools
Passionate about evangelizing research and instilling empathy
Experience working with business, technical, design, and legal constraints
