Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, User Experience Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the future experience for call center representatives and their products
• Conduct user research, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver insights
• Lead research projects from start to finish, including stakeholder interviews and report development

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research experience
• Bachelor's or MS in a human behavior related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in various research methodologies, including surveys and usability testing
• Experience with large data sets and basic statistics
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office products
