Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Experience Researcher to lead user research initiatives and influence product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mixed-method research to inform early-stage product strategy and identify new opportunities
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear direction through insights and strategic thinking
• Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to test concepts and shape MVPs

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in user research within fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Strong foundation in qualitative research methods and ability to select appropriate approaches
• Proven track record of influencing product strategy through actionable insights
• Experience with industry-standard research tools and conducting lightweight in-product surveys
• A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
