Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior User Experience Researcher for a one-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth qualitative research to gather data on user behavior and preferences within the SaaS platform
Design and execute usability studies, interviews, and surveys to understand user pain points and needs
Analyze qualitative and quantitative research data to provide actionable insights that inform product strategy

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in user experience research, especially in a SaaS B2B environment
Proven track record in conducting qualitative research with some quantitative experience
Strong understanding of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) frameworks
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
