Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field
5+ years of hands-on UX research experience in blockchain, Web3, SaaS, or complex technical domains
Expertise in planning and executing end-to-end research projects
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with research tools like Dovetail, Miro, Figma, or UserTesting
