Key Responsibilities

• Lead diverse mixed-methods user-centered research across multiple products
• Collaborate with UX and Product teams to integrate research into the product development lifecycle
• Establish and refine UX research frameworks and participant recruitment processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX research experience with a strong portfolio
• Experience in creating or managing design systems in large-scale software
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with user testing prototypes
• Strong track record of leading strategic research initiatives
• Ability to analyze complex problems and web analytics data
