Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define research priorities and deliver insights
• Design and execute quantitative and mixed-methods research initiatives
• Evaluate and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to provide actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX research experience with a focus on complex software products
• Proven success in conducting research in technical domains such as AI and data science
• Strong command of quantitative research methods and tools
• A degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Computer Science, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
